Our customer database is maintained on Radonetwork owned hardware in a UK Based datacenter. A subset of this information is also shared with ClearBooks, who provide our accounting software. Our email list is stored in email service provider Mailchimp, and we use their software to send emails to our mailing list. Their data centres are certified with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
We retain mailing list data for as long as you remain a member of our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of the email. Our accounting records are retained for a period no shorter than seven years after the close of a given accounting year.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
We have employed extensive security measures to protect the data we store and have a policy of continuous security review. Use of SSH key pairs (or expiring, strong passwords where SSH keys aren't applicable), access logging, multi-factor authentication and IP/location restriction all form part of our baseline security policy.
