IMPORTANT NOTES
This page (together with the documents referred to in it) sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we supply services (“Services”) listed on our website (“our site”) to you. These Terms, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire legally binding Contract between you and Rado Network Limited.
Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any Services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may amend these Terms from time to time as set out in Clause 6. Please check these Terms each time you order Services to ensure you understand the terms that will apply.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Rado Network Limited uses FraudRecord to screen new orders for fraud and may report violations using one-way hashed data.
4. Our Contract with You
- These Terms and referenced documents form the entire Contract. Any information or "risk scores" provided by third-party databases (including but not limited to IPQS, Scamalytics, or MaxMind) regarding our IP addresses are for reference only and do not form part of our service description or Contract.
- Consumers retain statutory rights; however, these are subject to the specific nature of provisioned infrastructure as defined in Clause 9.
5. How the Contract Is Formed
- Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submission.
- A Contract is formed only when we send an Order Confirmation.
- If we cannot supply the Service due to stock or upstream issues, we will inform you and refund any payment as soon as possible.
6. Our Right to Vary These Terms
We may revise these Terms in the event of changes in payment methods, laws, or upstream provider requirements. The Terms in force at the time of your order will apply.
7. Providing Services
We will supply the Services until completion or termination. We may suspend Services if you fail to provide required information or if technical maintenance is required.
8. Data Backups & Unmanaged Services (IMPORTANT)
- Data Backups: Unless specifically purchased as a separate managed backup service, you are solely responsible for maintaining complete and independent backups of all your data. Rado Network Limited assumes no liability for data loss or corruption resulting from hardware failure, software issues, or user error.
- Unmanaged Services: All VPS and Dedicated Servers are provided strictly as unmanaged services unless explicitly stated otherwise. We are responsible only for network connectivity, hardware uptime, and initial OS installation. We do not provide software configuration, third-party application support, or server administration.
9. Dedicated Servers, VPS, and Connectivity (FTTH/FTTO)
- Infrastructure Nature: Services including Dedicated Servers, FTTH, and FTTO are provisioned using professional data-center infrastructure and third-party upstream bandwidth resources.
- No Guarantee of Scores: We guarantee functional network connectivity. We DO NOT guarantee "Residential" IP status or specific "Risk Scores" on third-party platforms. Such metrics do not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Resource Abuse: Resource abuse or prohibited uses may result in immediate suspension without notice.
- Prohibition of Nesting & Resale: Unless explicitly authorized in writing via a Reseller Agreement, you are strictly prohibited from using our Services (specifically VPS and Dedicated Servers) for nested virtualization, creating sub-VPS units, proxy selling, or any form of unauthorized resale of our infrastructure. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination without refund.
10. Email Services
You agree not to send mass mail or spam of any kind. Violation leads to immediate termination.
11. Services Shall Be Used for Good, Not Evil
12. Illegal or Abusive Use
Any illegal, spamming, phishing, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate termination without notice. Services terminated for AUP violations are strictly non-refundable.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights arising from our work belong to Rado Network Limited.
