In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the services provided by RADO NETWORK LIMITED, subject to the terms of this clause, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund for the cost of your services. To claim a refund under this money back guarantee, you must submit a cancellation request from the RADO NETWORK LIMITED member area within 3 days of the original purchase date, stating why the service was not to your satisfaction. We reserve the right to refuse this refund and also reserve the right to refund less gateway fees.
The Money Back Guarantee applies to new customers only and only to hosting & server related fees. Commenced or completed services, licences or services provided by third parties are not eligible for refunds. A new client is determined by the registered client information, so if there is a record of RADO NETWORK LIMITED having been used in the past by either the same company or person, then you will not be eligible for a refund under the RADO NETWORK LIMITED Money Back Guarantee.
Where RADO NETWORK LIMITED offers products and services provided by third parties, those products and/or services are subject to the policies of the third party provider, regardless of whether those products and/or services appear to be provided by us.
