Moneyback Guarantee

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the services provided by RADO NETWORK LIMITED, subject to the terms of this clause, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund for the cost of your services. To claim a refund under this money back guarantee, you must submit a cancellation request from the RADO NETWORK LIMITED member area within 3 days of the original purchase date, stating a valid reason why the service was not to your satisfaction. We reserve the right to refuse this refund and also reserve the right to refund less gateway fees and applicable setup charges.

 

The Money Back Guarantee applies to new customers only and is strictly limited to standard Shared Hosting and Virtual Private Server (VPS) fees. The following services are explicitly EXCLUDED from the money-back guarantee and are NON-REFUNDABLE: Dedicated Servers (all product lines), FTTH, FTTO, customized networking solutions, domain registrations, and software licenses.

 

Any service provided by third-party upstream partners or services that have already commenced/provisioned are not eligible for refunds. A new client is determined by the registered client information, payment details, and IP history. If there is a record of RADO NETWORK LIMITED services having been used in the past by the same company, individual, or entity, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Where RADO NETWORK LIMITED offers products and services provided by third parties, those products and/or services are subject to the policies of the third party provider. By placing an order for Dedicated, FTTH, or FTTO services, you acknowledge that these involve non-reclaimable infrastructure costs and you expressly waive your right to a refund for these specific services.
